Congrats MCHS Winter Guard 2009!!!!!!
The 2009 edition of the Madison Winter Guard was a great story. The group started out with a great start and didn't
let up. They improved in every show from one week to the next and did not ever perform a show that was not their best.
Culminating with a trip to State Finals again the group was determined to make that path to State Finals and nothing was going
to stop them.
The group was a crowd favorite this year receiving letters from other guards and comments from so many people at every
show. It was nice for the group to feel as though they had won every week and to see them get so excited to perform
their show. It was a magic in the air and the excitement of each performance was overwhelming for everyone involved
this year.
We were very blessed to have a huge support group this year also from band members, parents, and friends. It is
really nice to see 20-25 people show up to help with all the props and tarp etc. It really meant a lot to the girls
this year to have that support.
